UPTOWN LADY
2 ounces rye whiskey
1 ounce The Pink Lady Old North Shrub
1 dash Angostura Bitters 
1 cup ice cubes
1 maraschino cherry

Combine whiskey, shrub and bitters in a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

 

HOT PINK
1½ ounces bourbon
1½ The Pink Lady Old North Shrub
½ teaspoon spicebush berry or allspice
3 ounces boiling water
Apple chip, for garnish

Stir bourbon, shrub and spicebush berry in a small pot on the stovetop until warmed through. Transfer to a heated mug and top with boiling water. Garnish with an apple chip.

 

LADY IN THE CITY
1½ ounces brandy
1 ounce The Pink Lady Old North Shrub
1 dash Angostura Bitters 
1 ounce sweet vermouth 

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well for 10 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty. Strain into a cocktail glass.  

 

STRAWBERRY SMASH
1½ ounces vodka
1 ounce fresh strawberry puree
1 ounce Two in the Bush Old North Shrub
1 ounce rosé

Place vodka and strawberry puree into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 30 seconds. Pour into a cocktail glass, top with shrub and rosé. Enjoy!

 

BUSH COLLLINS
1½ ounces gin
1½ ounces Two in the Bush Old North Shrub
Splash of seltzer 

Fill cocktail glass with ice. Add gin, then shrub, top with a splash of seltzer. Stir. 

 

SHRUB DAIQUIRI
1½ ounces light rum
1½ ounces Two in the Bush Old North Shrub
1 lime wedge

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum and shrub. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge. Or, add rum and shrub to a blender with ice for a frozen treat.
