Shipping & Returns

Please allow 5 business days for us to process and ship orders. We do offer expedited service for special orders for a fee. Simply select the expedited shipping option during the payment process.

Free shipping is available to our customers who purchase 6 bottles or more. Flat rate shipping for 3-5 bottles is $6. Orders of 1-2 bottles, shipping is $8 total.  

Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States at this time. Contact us with any questions. 

Old North Shrub aims to please. However, if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, or your product was damaged during shipment, please email us within 7 days to let us know. We are happy to issue a refund or replace your purchase.

• If your product was damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damage and submit to us along with your email and we will replace the product within 3 business days of email receipt.
• If you prefer a refund, let us know and Old North Shrub will complete your request within 3 business days of email receipt. Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to post depending upon your credit card company.
• If you are dissatisfied with our product and would like a refund, we will issue a return label and refund your purchase as soon as the product is returned.
